We operate on a strictly private, non-commercial basis, with all activity carried out among established members. We do not run public events, sell tickets, or invite external participants. This allows us to maintain a controlled, respectful, and low-impact presence within any venue we access.
Our approach is grounded in structure, preparation, and respect.
Each visit is carefully planned in advance, taking into account the layout, condition, and historical significance of the building. Investigations are conducted in small groups, typically between six and ten members, ensuring activity remains coordinated, minimal, and non-disruptive.
We operate under a clear framework that includes:

All activity is quiet and non-invasive. There is:
- No amplified sound
- No alteration to the environment
- No interference with fixtures, fittings, or artefacts
We hold Public Liability Insurance, with documentation available upon request.
Our team also brings experience from structured and regulated environments, with some members holding DBS clearance, reflecting our commitment to responsibility and professional standards.
We work collaboratively with venue owners to ensure all activity aligns with site-specific requirements, restrictions, and expectations.
